Interview
The experience was quite unprofessional and felt demoralizing. I was reached out to participate in an interview by what I assume was a member of HR. I spoke to the person on the phone about what tech stack I am familiar with, etc., typical phone screen process. The HR person informed me that we would scedule an interview the next week. However, I was completely ghosted after that. No rejection email, nothing.
Phone interview first with the Human Resources first, and also need to finish an online test for personality. Then interview with the director in their office. Other team members will also participate in the interview virtually.
