The interview process roughly ran around 10 mins. You were asked to fill out some quick paperwork then you were interviewed. They said they would call you if you got the job basically.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CG International (Nashville, TN) in Mar 2016
Interview
I went in on Friday at 11 am. The first round was about 15 minutes, mostly behavioral questions. They spoke very quickly leaving no time or room for questions and ended the interview by saying they would call between 4-415 pm if I moved onto the next round. I did not receive a call until 730 pm, when they asked me to return the next morning (Saturday) at 11 am. I arrived at the office at 1050 am and they did not acknowledge my presence until 1155 am. I then was interviewed until 2 pm, where again I was discouraged from asking questions. Also, I was applying for a marketing position which turned out to be a sales pyramid "management trainee program", basically selling Direct TV & ATT bundles at Walmarts and Costcos.
At the end of the interviews, I was offered the job. They asked me to start the following Monday (even though I was from out of town) and said they would call me Sunday with further details. Never received the phone call. I tried calling Monday to decline the offer, but they never even returned my call.
Honestly, it was such a scam and waste of my time!
