HR screening, interview with client director, interview with VP of client services, interview with CEO. Very conversational and straightforward. No curveballs, they mostly want to understand your experience with digital marketing, comfort with clients, and your general work style.

Do you have any experience with managing web development projects?
It was a great interview. I got to learn more about the company and the people behind it. This was some years back and I interviewed directly with the CEO at the time. I was excited to join a small and growing company.
