Interview
You meet with manager. Pretty simple: ask questions on how you’ve contributed to teamwork, why chatime, how can you use your life around chatime etc etc. Just like a normal interview. Talk about your past experiences and some of your skill sets.
Trial and go to the store for a day, it was around two to four hours and you basically learn the basics on how to make the drinks, POS system and more.
