Interview
The interview process was via telephone and zoom and moved quickly. I had a brief call and was basically offered the job, then was vetted over zoom by someone else. They seemed interested and excited to move the hiring process along and were eager to have new staff.

They asked about my clinical experience and approaches especially how I might apply these to the target population.
Personable and transparent. Recruitment team was very organized and responsive to all of my communication. Overall it was an easy decision for me to make with how eager and responsive the team was.

Interview
I initially spoke with a recruiter about the role. He passed along my info to the clinical team, and then I had a phone interview with the clinical lead to discuss the role and experience. It was about 30 minutes long. I also had a phone conversation with the regional director about the role.

A few questions included a challenging diagnosis I’ve had in the past and how I handled it, my comfortability with independent work, and how I felt about a self-directed schedule.
