Im ersten Gespräch mit dem Recruiter war ich erstaunt über einige Fragen, die für mich eher unprofessionell und unangebracht wirkten. Besonders irritierend fand ich eine Bemerkung, die implizierte, dass jemand mit guten Qualifikationen und Ausbildungen nicht arbeitslos sein sollte. Nach dem 2. Interview wurde vereinbart, man sende mir einen Test Case, die ich lösen musste. Dies wurde nicht eingehalten und danach eine Absage erhalten. Ansonsten lief der ganze Prozess ziemlich schnell ab. Da wartet man nicht so lange.
