Got contacted by recruiter, discussed the role and agreed to follow up with interview process. It supposed to be 2 stage interview process. Promised 1-2 weeks turn around time for the whole process. First interview arranged after work hours, later time changed twice without much notice. First call with 2 engineers in a weeks time, generic conversation, not very technical. Seems like nice people. Following week tried to get feedback and if they want to progress further. Recruiter suggested to follow with next stage on the following week. Then the waiting for 2nd stage meeting invite begins. Nothing. Followed by email - no response. Ghosted.
