Only did initial call as I was not interested in role. Not the recruiters fault but the job and salary posted was mislead and was really an entry level help desk role with a entry level salary.

The initial interview was great. They were really kind and communicated well. The issue started with the next interviewer. She had no idea what she was looking for. At times, she would tell me that I didn't have experience in one vertical and then when I told her I did and referred to my resume, she then said I had too much experience. She would say I didn't have experience in large organizations, but when I corrected her and told her that I started my career at a Fortune 50 company, she then complained that I didn't have start-up experience. My resume shows 1 large organization and two start-ups. I don't know what she wanted from me. It just seemed like she was looking for a reason to reject me right there. Also, she was unprofessional and had to "put out a fire" in the middle of our interview and left for 5 minutes and then came back. I was not upset at the fact that I didn't receive an offer.
