I was invited to complete a one-way video interview, which consisted of pre-recorded behavioral questions and took about 20 minutes. However, I never received any follow-up or response from the company afterward. What concerns me is that the company continues to keep the job posting active on their career website, even though the role appears to have been filled. To respect candidates' time and effort, companies should remove inactive postings in a timely manner.
