Uma conversa com RH via ligação, e depois uma conversa com RH junto com gerente da vaga. Essa pessoa falou demais e deu pouco espaço para me conhecer. Depois comentaram que o diferencial da empresa era ser muito humana e empática. Em seguida me deram ghosting na vaga.

Confusing. The process and offer were done through Deel and CI&T recruiter.
The hiring managers from China are good to converse with and could've been good colleagues after 2-3 set of interviews. However, the entire process was kind of confusing - finally received an offer at 2am and was given a deadline to accept at 12nn same day to start in 3 days.
After negotiating and raising clarifications that has gone over weeks before I was accommodated, I was asked to have another interview by another HR with another team from Australia. And the person from Deel is nowhere to reply/facilitate. Unfortunately, another offer came in with a much professional experience.
I applied for a position at CI&T and was immediately directed to complete an interview through WhatsApp, where I interacted only with a robot. There was no human contact, no opportunity for genuine interaction, and no sense of respect or consideration for the candidate’s time or effort.
After completing the automated interview, I received no feedback or follow-up of any kind, they simply ghosted me. This process feels completely detached from any real human connection or professional courtesy. If you receive a WhatsApp link to “interview” with their robot, don’t waste your time. It’s disappointing to see a company that claims to be people-centered treat candidates this way. A bit of empathy and transparency would go a long way.
