Very poor interview process they give assignment. When company give assignment then i understand that company employee does not have enough skill set to test the candidate like how almost all company does. They give assignment to waste the time for the candidate or with the help of the assignment people learning that how the professional people do programming. This company is founded in 2007 and only around of 70 people working then i could understand how to company growth is.

Gave the first round which was a managerial round. Had the interview with a VP level person and it was to discuss past projects and experience. The person seemed to have a really bad attitude and came off as rude. Bad experience overall.
