I’ve undergone a thorough selection process, including four rounds of interviews that focused heavily on my technical foundation and CLO 3D proficiency. These rounds tested not just my ability to design digitally, but also how I apply design thinking, material knowledge, and garment construction principles to solve real-world problems.

Three rounds of interviews with different departments. It was a welcoming and casual atmosphere where I could asked all my questions and got an overview of what to expect from the job. Quite young team though.
