A few brief phone interview with the corporate HR talent acquisition manager followed by a sit down with two heads of the new division discussing the type of large construction projects needed to be managed. The Talent Manager kept me informed during process which was a nice change. An offer letter followed several weeks later with a very competitive package. I stopped by before my start date and they had the projects I would manage laid out with the project start dates, it was nice to see the projects where not in crisis management mode.
