Interview
- 2 Telephonic Interviews
- 1 Face to face interview
- Hour long hands on
- 1 HR round
I had cleared all technical interviews. Even the PM told me that you had cleared all technical rounds. In HR round it was salary, which I said that I am getting xyz amount and expecting raise as per industry standards (Also negotiable). HR said she will give me offer tomorrow afternoon, but she didn't called. I called her next day and said, tell me the figure and I can negotiate, for which she said, she will tell me by evening but she didn't turned back after that.
My suggestion to CMC is that, if salary is the constraint then they should at least give the figure that we can offer you not more then this at least. This will really looks professional.
