CMI interview questions

The interview was straight forward. It consisted of 3 stages. Most were competency based questions and behavioural. It was easy to answer and the panel were quite enthusiastic overall. To stand out I read up on facts about each individual from a relatability standpoint

They were really nice, made questions that allowed me to express myself and elaborated questions. They mostly asked questions about me, my environment and common knowledge. This was just the first part of the interview, so I didn't get to take the assessments.
