First round KNOCKOUT screening uses Criteria Corp.'s OnDemandAssessment, which basically amounts to an IQ test. Not sure if that's legal in Ontario but it definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Interview
1) 1st round is a test ( basic math and analytical skills, language skills) and a personality test.
2) 2nd round is a screening interview with HR manager (phone call)
3) 3rd round is an interview with head of department (online interview)
