First step was a phone call to determine salary range. Felt cold and impersonal. Second step was actually meeting with the gentleman who would have been my manager and two of his engineers. This was a very nice meeting - other than their rude receptionist. Third step was actually receiving the offer, which came electronically with not much human interaction. It was kind of strange to decline an offer by just clicking a button and not being able to explain my decision.
