The hiring team and HR were super helpful and were in touch with me frequently throughout the interviewing process. I had three separate interviews. One was with the supervisor for this position, one was with the principal of this company, and the third was a panel of people from the COPE Health Solutions team. In the first two interviews, I discussed my background and experience. In the third, I had to present on two scenarios and one project. The overall interviewing process took 1.5-2 months.

I had a total of 3 interviews. I had 2 interviews to discuss my work experience and situational questions. I also had 1 interview with a case study presentation and follow-up questions. The interviews and presentation were approximately 30 minutes long, but the case study preparation was up to 4 hours long.
