Group Interview with two different tasks
1 - We were each given a celebrity to dress in Cos clothing and then present our outfit.
2 - We were given a list of scenarios and have to put them in order of most important when starting a busy shift.
Then we each got an individual interview

The interview process was average. It was a group interview so you have to answer questions in front of other people. I also had a style an outfit. It was fun.

It was a assessment setting with a group of people. We went through a series of activities which tested styling, merchandising and teamwork. Assessors prioritised communication and learning as well as flexibility.
