Very friendly. The interview process for a Sales Advisor position included an initial phone screening, followed by a one-on-one or group interview focusing on customer service skills, fashion interest, teamwork, and brand alignment.
the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

Interview
We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
