Was good not interview just shadowed someone who was serving and then got the job at the end of four hours. Overall okay experience but the 4 hours of shadowing was unpaid and they have people inn every week so potentially a lot of free labour.

Interview
The process was super quick, I got a phone call pretty much the next day after I applied for the job of waitress. I came in a couple of days later after sorting out when I could come into the restaurant so that I could do a trial session. I done the trial and then when I got home, I got a phone call saying that I got the job, me and the manager conversated over the phone of what kind of contract I would like although the one I could do wasn't very well payed although they said your salary can go up at times.
