I emailed them my resume in response to an ad. We interviewed one on one. The interviewer asked vague questions mostly attempting to gauge my personality type. They ranged from "tell me about yourself" to "what is good customer service?" The gentleman seemed like a decent person to work for. Not too laid back, but not at all uptight.
