Many situational questions related to safety and procedures. A 300 plus aptitude test in which many candidates were screened if they did not match a certain profile.

Pretty straight forward. They ask if you have ever worked outdoors or around heavy equipment. They have you read back a script to see if you speak clearly and if they can understand what you’re saying. It’s a 2 part interview as well
