Question 1
Are you currently studying or planning on studying in post secondary school?
What was your previous experience studying in post secondary school?
Quick, hired on the spot, they wanted to get it done and they didn’t spend too much time asking questions. they asked about related experience and what you’ve done in previous roles
My interview experience was very smooth and positive from start to finish. The process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. When I arrived, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, and the management team made me feel comfortable right away. They were incredibly welcoming, and it was clear they valued creating a supportive and approachable environment for new team members.
The interview itself was fairly casual and lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked around four questions in total, mostly centered around my availability, previous work experience, and how I handle fast-paced environments. There weren’t any unexpected or overly formal questions, which made the conversation feel more like a discussion than an interrogation.
What stood out the most was how easygoing and genuine the interaction felt. I didn’t feel like I had to “sell myself” too hard — instead, the focus seemed to be on getting to know me and seeing if I’d be a good fit for the team. By the end of the interview, they offered me the position on the spot, which was both exciting and reassuring.
Overall, it was one of the most relaxed and welcoming interview experiences I’ve had. It gave me a great first impression of the company and made me feel confident about joining the team
