CRISP interview questions

Easy and straightforward. Take a quiz and then write a paper, then a final interview. Overall smooth process and went by very quickly. No qualms except it is UK based so hours are different

The interview process started with the online application, follow up from the recruiter and the recruiter asking to complete an online challenge. The online challenge included inappropriate content, the use of the in word, suggested that that group of people are inferior with smaller brains than white people. When I pointed out the content to the recruiter she didn't see much wrong with the content and how it was presented. This online assessment speaks to their internal culture.
