Recruiter on Linkedin was looking for a web designer for the company. I submitted my portfolio and was asked to undertake a basic skills test, creating a responsive HTML5 and LESS powered interface of one of the company's designs. I was then invited to an interview on the premises, was made to feel very welcome, asked a good variety of questions which concluded with an employment offer.
