CSL Engineer interview questions

Panel interview with not only department team members but also company stakeholders. Interviewed with the director of the department, and two global stakeholders over the course of a week. It was somewhat technical based and each interview was minimally 30 minutes long.

Very straightforward interview. Initially a quick call with HR to do a pre screen. Then a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. One on site interview with hiring manager and their peer. Competency based questions and situational / behaviour. More or less told on the way out job was mine and would be brought back for site tour and meet leadership team which was a formality.
