waited for 5 mins, took me to the back, interviewed for about 15 mins. he asked me a whole bunch of random questions, let me know how the company was, who comes in, what they do, how people interact with the donors.

what made you want to become a phlebotomist? Why are you interested in the medical field?
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
