A recorded online interview first then panel interview with a few folks who work there now. The recorded interview is short and not intimidating despite having to record yourself. The questions are reasonable and you get two chances to record your response.
I applied online. I interviewed at CSU Global (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2026
Interview
Zoom interview with the two interviewees. Questions were the standard ones about teaching philosophy, background and practices. No hard questions, all softballs. They then tell you onboard training is unpaid.
Pretty standard interview process. Started through a recruiter, then a second interview with a panel from the marketing team, followed by a final interview with the department head to verify cultural fit with the team. Moved through the process in about 2-3 weeks
