They will ask simple question on the phone but they mainly what to make an appointment to interview you face to face. Then after telephone interview, face to face interview will be in their office. Your boss, manager and team leader will see you one by one if you are qualified their requirement. They are going to ask the detail on your CV and test your language skill if you can speak more than one language. They will also give you information your work and this company's work. They will probably give you job offer at that interview if you are qualify for your job position.
