I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CT (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Was sent a form email instructing me I would first need to take a timed online "Skills Test". When I followed the link I discovered it was not a skills test, but a list of job interview questions. The questions were rather lazy and generic, like "Tell us why you are the best candidate for the job" and "what is your greatest accomplishment". They also required a selfie video, where I was to answer again why I was the perfect candidate for the position. If they liked me, I would have a "final interview" with a recruiter via Skype. I live in the same city as their office. The idea of having spend time on an interview process where I'd have to wait until the FINAL interview before I could speak to a human and ask questions about the company, the culture, and the position itself (to see if I even would want to work there) was a huge turnoff. I decided to decline the interview and move on.
They respond by email and ask you to fill out a questionnaire. You will have to make a short video and then if you pass that, you will move onto an interview through skype.
