CVAS interview questions

Applied online and brought in for short sit down interview. The interviewer was a Human Resources person and not familiar with the chemistry and scientific sides of the company. They would not have known if I actually had the knowledge or was reciting information from a google search.

I had my cousin whom already worked there get me an application to fill out and later take in for the manager. A few days later I got a response for an in-house interview. On the day of the interview I showed up early and frankly overdressed, however I was shown to an office and had a one on one discussion with the manager for about half an hour. Afterwards a quick tour of the facility and what I would be doing if I were to accept.
