Cabinet Office UK interview questions

Fairly standard, lot of strengths based questions based on Civil Service Fast Stream behaviours, took around 40 minutes. Over telephone rather than a zoom link, very low stress. Recruiter asked a couple of questions to ease you in, said they weren't assessed but notes were made so this is something to be aware of.

Teams Questions and Answers it was fine and very standard approach to interviews. I felt able to prepare and just studied the STAR approach on the civil service jobs website before applying and attending my interview on teams.
