Interview with 2 Supervisors. Regular sales interview questions. Very laid back and easy going. I didn't feel like I was being interrogated like some other interviews. They provided feedback after every answer.

The third-party company used to conduct the background check created significant difficulties throughout the process. Their website repeatedly froze, locked up, and failed to function properly while I was attempting to enter my employment information. As a result of these technical issues, discrepancies were reported to Cable One regarding my employment timeline.
To address these concerns, I provided supporting documentation, including five years of W-2 forms and current pay stubs, to verify and clarify my employment history. I also informed Cable One about the technical problems I experienced with the third-party background check platform.
Despite receiving substantial documentation supporting the accuracy of my employment timeline and being made aware of the website issues, Cable One chose to disregard both the evidence I provided and the problems associated with its contracted background check vendor. Subsequently, my employment offer was rescinded.
Based on this experience, it appears that Cable One was unwilling to adequately consider supporting documentation from an honest applicant or account for the significant technical difficulties caused by its third-party background screening process.

Recruiter call, 30 min. Phone interview, recruiter stated will hear from hiring manager in 48hrs then crickets no follow-up no rejection. Thus company did this same process to me before as well.
