Cadence Data Soft interview questions

I applied through linkedin, got call on the next day. The interview happened at there office at pimple saudagar pune. They converted a 2 BHK flat into a office. The co-founder Mr. Anand Bhalve took the interview. The interview last for about 15 minutes. Very informal approach by him half of the time he kept flaunting his mac book, and kept typing without any reason. He told me that he will tell me the results after one week! But didn't got any call or email. Even if i am not selected he should have sent me an email, so that rather wasting my time for waiting for the results i can apply some another place.
