overall easy, more like a conversation, tell me about your experience, why you think you are a good fit, do you cook, do you drink, do you know abut food and drinks, can u carry many plates

It was pretty simple, I applied online and then a few days later I got a call and set up an interview. had one interview and got hired, then I went in for orientation a week later to fill out paperwork, get the uniform etc. and then a day or so later I started the job.
