5 minute interview with manager, went over application with you, owners are also there and its important to impress them. Dont ask much about your coffee making skills, it's a plus to already have food handler certification

Very easy, mainly just told me about the job, the tasks that needed to be done, pay, location of store, etc. Other than that, didn't really go over past experience and was a fairly easy interview
