Interview experience was great. Asked all the right questions and pushed you into the right areas for being able to align them with Caffé Nero values. Once explained and answered, moving on to the next question was seamless. They make you feel really in the zone with your answer construction and take time to listen.

Genera chat, very informal and relaxed. It was more to make sure i was trainable and able to fit into the team well which put me at ease. Not all will be the same but this was my experience in my store which went well.
