I applied through an academic job board. I was invited to fly out for a day of meetings and a presentation. The day of interviews was busy and intense but pretty predictable.

They asked a lot of questions, but the key ones were about my teaching: my preferences, style, and my ability to fit the needs of the department.

Interview
Conducted over the phone with three members of the search committee present in a 30 minute format. The interviewers asked 10 questions, about half of which were related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
