I didn't even go through with the interview in the end because of the rude communication from the person I was communicating with. There was an air of, "You should be grateful we are giving you this opportunity, and we will make all the decisions without your input." There were mistakes on their end and they didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake, and they rescheduled the interview even though they didn't ask me for availability. Then I was blamed for the mistake that they made on their end. I did not appreciate that at all.

Online interview process for the E-Waste section. Very easy going interview with panel of 3 including the supervisor and current AGPA's in unit. 10 or so questions having to do with the position and your related experience. My only complaint is sometimes I suspect they play favoritism and can easily circumvent the selection process in order to hire their friends.
