It was a technical assessment. I had to do it online and send it back. Had a 30 min timer. I used JavaScript to complete the assignment. I could choose any language.

Interview
First, coding challenge on CoderByte. There were four challenges to complete with in 4 hours. 2 easy, 1 medium and 1 hard level.
Then there were some technical interviews (most of the time it will be 2 technical interviews). They were more focused on logical thinking and concepts (not technology specific).
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Calcey Technologies in Feb 2022

2 step process.
The interview focused more on the passion on programming than skills. Though questions on major software development concepts were asked. Expected candidate to have multiskill and adaptive.
Not shown any concern on GPA nor grades in university.
