Calgon Carbon interview questions

I was referred by a senior-level staff member within the company. I was contacted by Talent Acquisition (TA) to set up a phone screen. (Weirdly, a TA manager set up the call on behalf of another TA staff member.) Had a basic half hour phone screen and was asked basic questions. Was told I'd know about next steps in the coming days. It took THREE WEEKS and multiple follow-ups to get an answer. At that point, I knew they were stringing me along. Received an automated message saying they're moving forward with another group of candidates. The next day, the job was reposted. So, it was typical case of recruiters/talent acquisition being dishonest and shady.

I had a phone screen with HR, a skills test for scheduling and clerical tasks, an initial phone call with my manager, an interview with two people in my department, and basically a phone call with my boss and then a physical and drug test. All in all it took 2 months to get everyone on the phone but I don't think every department has that many rounds of people with packed calendars.
