I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Caliber Collision (Costa Mesa, CA) in Feb 2017
Interview
Submitting your resume online to the companies website will likely not do a lot because they receive so many. Best to apply online and then call around to the local shops to find out if they have a need. Ask for the Center Manager. The interview process is different based upon who interviews you. They want to know if you are competent, can learn the procedures quickly and will put customer service above all. They will also want to know if you can multi-task, it's a big part of just about every position.
