Interview
I waited over a half-hour for the manager to have a 2 hour interview. Very nice manager and staff. After the interview I received an offer, accepted the offer that Monday and waited over a week for my paperwork and was told that the offer was retracted. I turned down three other positions and sold my business during that week and didn't get the position with no clarity to why.

Question 1
This was a two hour conversation, not really questions asked. I explained why I wanted the position, I am truly over qualified, but I wanted a change and something close to home, and the pay was decent.
