Met with a bunch of people sitting in a row at the table, reading scripted interview questions with significant difficulties about basic accounting terms. It was very clear that the panel significantly lacked in basic accounting skills, and was not versed in financial reporting. I'm truly astonished that these people are employed by the State Department of Education, of all places. Incredible incompetency.
