Very positive interview. really took the time to get to know the applicant and qualifications. Phone interview was about half an hour long but very relax and professional. Interview process took 2 weeks but overall all positive experience.

It was the general election cycle. Submitted my app to a resume drop off where I was given a general interview by a party recruiter. Party recruiter connects you with campaigns. Called within a few weeks by a campaign field director. Then had a Skype interview. General questions about my past campaign experience. Had a mock cold call.
