After being referred by a friend, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. After that, I had eight 1:1 video interviews across the next few days. I know this sounds exhausting but it was actually really enjoyable! Each interview took 45 minutes or less, and each was very conversational. This format really allowed me to get to know the team. The team was able to huddle together and get back to me with a verdict within six hours of completing my interviews.
