Pretty easy interview process. I sat down with the head pro of the course and it was more of a conversation than an interview. He asked about why I wanted to work at Callippe and my passion for golf.

Very casual one on one interview with the head greenskeeper. If you are able to get to work every day and don't mind getting dirty you should be ok with this interview.
