Applied online, got an email stating that they wanted to setup a call to "discuss opportunity", that turned into telephone interview (good that I am always prepared) after which I have been invited for face to face panel interview (four people on the meeting invitation). Once arrived, managed office building security told me I have not been booked in had to wait for them to reach someone from Callsign, after three attempts finally they ware able to reach someone from Callsign reception, got in visitors system could not print the pass as it was Monday and something got switched off for weekend (printer connected as pass through - for more technical chaps out there) so had to enroll twice. Hiring manager dressed bit too casual for professional meeting picked me up 3 minutes late walked in to the meeting room to meet another casual dressed individual and learned that 50% of panel will not be joining as they are on holiday/another meeting. Very average interview. Two days later received an email stating that I was not successful, asked for feedback that never was send. I will let the reader to read between the lines.
