The interview experience was absolutely appalling. The interviewer repeatedly engaged in disrespectful mockery, devoid of any semblance of professionalism or respect. The first step for such a company should be to learn how to respect their candidates.

Background in field, followed by brief discussion about company, and competency based questioning
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Calnex Solutions (Linlithgow, Scotland) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online and was invited for an on site interview. Interview consisted of a technical section and a more personal section with a few staff members. Everyone involved was friendly and I felt welcomed, the interview ended with a tour of the office.
